Acme Market Members: 

Please be advised that a meeting has been scheduled for:

PLACE:         Crown Plaza Hotel
                       2349 W. Marlton Pike
                       Marlton, NJ 08002

In the event that the tentative agreement is ratified all Active Acme Market members will receive their doubled union dues refund check that night, so please bring proper identification. If you are currently Inactive from Acme Markets as of January 2010 your check will not be available that night, so please call on Thursday, March 4, 2010, at 1-888-937-1360 to make arrangements.       

 


          

Tentative Agreement UPDATE

As of 6 PM on Thursday, February 18th, Local 1360 and your negotiating committee has signed off on the tentative agreement.

 In the meantime, we have notified Acme Markets to discontinue the withholding of double dues. Acme will be refunding you for any double dues taken in the month of February since those monies have not yet been submitted to the Union. 

Local 1360 will have double dues refund checks available on the night of ratification in the event that the tentative agreement is ratified.

 The checks will be available at the conclusion of voting, once it has been determined that the contract has been ratified.
